Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a vital member of the US Home Office team of Envestt Trust Consulting Company. As the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Travel, Transportation and Hospitality function, you will support daily operations, coordinate travel, review and process expenses, and provide general administrative support.


  • Manage the coordination and organization of all meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, travel budgets, and trip itineraries for team
  • Answer phones and emails, respond to basic requests for information, and update calendar on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as memo writing, filing, copying, faxing, phone correspondence
  • Prepare and create excel spreadsheets, presentation materials, meeting agendas and PowerPoint decks
  • Process vendor invoices and expense reports for Global Head and other senior team members
  • Assist in planning corporate and team events
  • Create daily itinerary that includes contact numbers, meeting locations – attend meetings and take notes, as needed
  • Organize monthly store visits and trips
  • Support the senior team with various projects and assignments as needed
  • Provide general administrative support

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year Executive/Admin Assistant experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with great attitude


  • Starting Salary is approximately $30/hour
